摘要
【目的】分离筛选甲氰菊酯的高效降解菌株,为拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂果蔬残留危害的综合治理提供候选生物制剂。【方法】采用基础盐培养基,从农药厂废水排放口的污泥中筛选降解菌,以甲氰菊酯为唯一碳源进行摇瓶培养复筛,以降解率为评价标准,确定高效降解菌株,根据形态、生理生化特征和16SrDNA序列同源性鉴定其种属,高效液相色谱法研究其降解特性。【结果】分离得到甲氰菊酯高效降解菌株ZH-3,初步鉴定为蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。菌株ZH-3能有效降解25~300mg/L的甲氰菊酯,在1%接种量、30℃、pH8.0、160r/min条件下,3d内对50mg/L甲氰菊酯的降解率为85.3%。【结论】菌株ZH-3对菊酯类农药的降解作用谱广,对甲氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯及溴氰菊酯等均具有较高的生物降解作用。
