鸡F_2群体13号染色体微卫星标记与生长性状的关系及QTL定位

摘要 【目的】鉴定鸡13号染色体上影响鸡生长性状的数量性状位点(QTL)。【方法】以固始鸡、安卡鸡资源群为基础,在鸡13号染色体已报道的QTL范围内选取4个微卫星标记,采用方差分析方法,对测量的F2代共849个个体的32种生长性状(0,2,4,6,8,10,12周龄体质量,0,4,8,12周龄胫长,4,8,12周龄胫围、胸深、胸宽、胸骨长、胸角、体斜长、骨盆宽等)与4个标记进行相关性分析,对显著影响生长性状的微卫星标记进行不同基因型间各性状最小二乘均值的多重比较;并基于最小二乘区间定位法进行基因组扫描,对生长性状进行QTL初步定位。【结果】在F2群体中检测到的4个微卫星标记平均基因杂合度为0.707,平均多态信息含量为0.653;方差分析显示,各个标记与不同生长性状存在不同程度的相关;定位结果显示,在13号染色体上共检测到6个影响生长性状的QTL,其中3个QTL的影响达极显著水平(P<0.01)。【结论】将影响4周龄体斜长、胸骨长,8周龄体斜长,6周龄体质量的QTL均定位在13号染色体的52cM处;而影响0周龄胫长、12周龄胸宽的QTL则分别定位于26和9cM处。 【Objective】The study was to detect quantitative trait loci(QTL)for growth traits on chroosome 13 of chicken.【Mehtod】Four microsatellite markers on chromosome 13 selected from poultry genome were used to study the genetic diversity in 849F2 individuals based on a chicken resource population from a cross of Gushi chicken representing a slow-growing Chinese native breed and Anka(A)broilers representing a fast-growing broiler.Thirty-two growth traits at different weeks in this study were measured in the F2 popu...
