Social Study-assisting System and the Establishment of Quality Assurance System for the Self-taught Higher Education Examinations

本文在充分理论研究的基础之上,阐述了社会助学的性质特点及其在高教自考制度中的地位和作用,以及社会助学近些年来的发展现状,总结了当前社会助学系统存在的主要问题,并从社会助学的角度,提出构建高等教育自学考试质量保证体系的建议。

Based on adequate theoretical research,the article explains the nature and characteristics of social study-assisting system,discusses its role and function in the Self-taught higher education examinations and its status and some primal problems in recent years.At last,in the point view of social study-assisting system,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the establishment of quality assurance system of the Self-taught higher education examinations.
