摘要
人才培养质量与培养模式密切相关。本文主要用理论分析的方法,以模式建构的理想类型法、中介理论、系统理论为基础;以实践性、创新性、过渡性为硕士研究生模式建构的基本价值取向,尝试从微观的角度进行模式建构。笔者尝试建构"创新、应用型人才培养目标——开放性课程设置——自主学习、研究性教学培养方式——质量过程管理式考核"的人才培养模式。
