浅析我国高等教育学硕士研究生培养模式的建构

Analysis on the Construction of the Training Patterns of Postgraduates Majored in Higher Education in China

人才培养质量与培养模式密切相关。本文主要用理论分析的方法,以模式建构的理想类型法、中介理论、系统理论为基础;以实践性、创新性、过渡性为硕士研究生模式建构的基本价值取向,尝试从微观的角度进行模式建构。笔者尝试建构"创新、应用型人才培养目标——开放性课程设置——自主学习、研究性教学培养方式——质量过程管理式考核"的人才培养模式。

Talent training quality is closely related to training patterns. The article, mostly taking the method of theory analysis, based on the ideal mode, medium theory and system theory in constructing the training patterns, and taking practicability, innovativeness and transition as the value orientation of the construction of the training patterns of postgraduates, tries to construct the training patterns microcosmically.
