完善学术委员会制度 遏制高校学术腐败行为

To Perfect the System of Academic Committee and Contain the Behaviors of Academic Corruption at Universities

高校学术评价制度的缺陷是造成高校学术腐败的主要原因。高校学术委员会的学术评价,往往在高校内起到学术研究导向的指挥棒作用。当前,由于众多高校的学术委员会制度的不完善,导致其在学术评价时易出现错位,从而引发学术腐败。为此,亟需完善高校学术委员会制度,以实现学术性目的为核心,并把促进学术创新、提高教师积极性、优化学术资源作为学术评价最终的依归,以革除学术不端产生的不良土壤。

The defects of academic evaluation system chiefly cause academic corruption in HEIs. The academic evaluation of the academic committee in HEIs is commonly considered as an instruction for academic research. At present,the imperfection of academic committee system at many HEIs results in the dislocation in academic evaluation,which leads to academic corruption.
