失地农民问题的社会工作介入

Social Work Intervention in Problems of Land-displaced Peasants

失地农民在被动适应现代城市生活中遭遇了诸多问题。单纯依赖政府的政策支持与制度保护,或者失地农民的观念更新与个体奋争已无法彻底解决这些问题。本文引入专业社会工作机制,从问题与需要角度、技术与方法角度以及组织与机构角度提出社会工作介入的空间与策略。

Land-displaced peasants have encountered many problems in the passive adaptation to modern urban life.
