摘要
抑郁是中学生的一种常见消极情绪。本文试从自我效能感、自我评价、归因方式、自尊等方面 ,对影响中学生抑郁的认知因素进行探讨 。
Depression is a common kind of negative emotions among middle school students.This article aims to explore the cognitive elements that influence depression on them, according to self-efficacy, self-assessment, attn′bution style and self-esteem. According to that, we propose some measures to prevent it.
