摘要
人事档案是职工个人信息的储存库 ,是人事部门为职工提供人事服务的基础性资料。由于历史的原因 ,人事档案包含的信息量、管理手段及附加功能等已不适应当今高校人事制度改革的要求。人事档案管理应该从个性化、信息化、社会化三方面探索服务于高校改革大局的新途径 。
Personnel files are the reserve for the personal information of a staff,and the elernentary materials for the staff′s personnel service by the personnel department For some history reasons,things are not adaptable to the demands for the present college personnel system reform in the aspects of information quantity,managing measures,and some attached functions.So in personnel filing management,we should explore the new ways of serving for the college reform in three aspects personality,information and socialization.Personnel agency has become an efficient supplementary measure in the reform.
