高校图书馆的社会价值主要从服务质量、服务育人、提高管理人员的素质等方面充分体现。图书馆只有被社会认可、被利用 。
The social value of the library of institution of high education reflects mostly in service quality,educating person and impoving the administrator′s quality.The library can be of existing value unless it is approved and utilized by the socity.
