On a busy street,some young people,who held signs with the words"Come and Hug Me,"embraced strangers who approached them.It happened in Changsha,Beijing and Xi'an a few months ago.The huggers were members of an Internet-based volunteer group known as the"hug society."Their collective goal was to eliminate indifference.However, many people have expressed doubts about the group's actions.
