摘要 我国历史上学校教育与人才选拔的关系,可以分为三个阶段。隋朝以前,两者各自走着一条互不交叉的平行线路;隋唐五代时期,两者相须相资,相互依辅,结伴而行;宋元明清时期,两者结成了过于紧密的关系,学校成为科举制度的附庸,失却了培养和造就人才的功能。科举制度所造成的最严重的恶果,是人才标准的单一性、这种单一性人才模式的强制性以及学校教育对这种单一性人才培养的依从。众多的社会因素都对学校教育和人才选拔的关系产生了影响,要理顺二者的关系,显然不能囿于这两个因素,而有必要由全社会来承载。 In the Chinese history,the relationship between school education and selection of tal- ents has undergone three stages.Before the Sui Dynasty,the relationship was hke that of two parallel lines which had no cross;during the Sui Dynasty,Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties,they became inter-dependent;during the Song,Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties,they became closely related to each other,and consequently,schools became the appendages of the Imperial Examinations (Keju) and thus lost their functions of cultivati...
