半胱胺对成年鹅血浆中几种激素及胆固醇水平的影响

Effects of Cysteamine on the Some Hormone Contents and Cholesterol in Plasma of Adult Geese

以 14只装有超静脉瘘管的成年杂交鹅 (川白×太湖 ) ,圈养 ,自身对照。试验期于日粮中一次性添喂半胱胺 (按每千克体质量 10 0 m g) ,经瘘管采取对照期和处理后第 1、3、5、7天的血样 ,用 RIA双抗法和分光光度法分别测定激素和胆固醇的含量。试验期各天 ,生长抑素的含量较对照期的 (1.89± 0 .10 ) μg/ L 分别显著降低 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 )4 1.18%、2 6 .74 %、37.4 3%、17.11% ;甲状腺素水平较对照期的 (5 .4 1± 0 .98) μg/ L 分别显著升高 6 0 .2 6 %、4 3.2 5 %、37.15 %、16 .82 % ;胰高血糖素的水平 ,在第 1、3天显著高于对照期 (0 .5 6± 0 .0 3) μg/ L 17.86 %、2 1.4 3% ,第 5天又降到低于对照期 2 6 .79% (P<0 .0 5 ) ,第 7天回升到接近对照期水平 ;胆固醇在第 1、2天分别显著低于对照期 (5 .19±0 .4 7) mmol/ L 2 5 .82 %和 19.6 5 % ,而第 7天却高于对照期 10 .98% (P<0 .0 5 )。结果提示 ,半胱胺能够降低成年鹅血液中生长抑素含量 ,使甲状腺素和胰高血糖素水平升高 ,胆固醇水平降低 ,由此影响类脂的代谢 。

Fourteen adult crossbred geese(Chuan white ×Tai lake) fitted with chronic wing vein cannulas were used in this study to evaluate the effect of cysteamine(CS) on some hormones.The experiment was consisted of control and treated phase.The diet contained 45% barley and it was added with CS at dosage of 100 mg/kg body weight on the first day of the treated phase.The blood samples were collected from the wing vein cannulas and analyzed by radioimmunoasssay and spectrophotometer.The results were as follows:The plasma somatostatin(SS) concentration was (1.87±0.10)μg/L in control phase.Whereas on day 1,3,5,7 of treated phase SS concentrations were decreased by 41.18%(P<0.01),26.74%(P<0.05),37.43%(P<0.01) and 17.11%(P<0.05),respectively.Thereafter it was rose on the seventh day,however it was still lower than that of control.Glucagon contents were higher than that of control (0.56±0.03)μg/L by 17.86%(P<0.05) and 21.43%(P<0.05) on day 1 and day 3 respectively.Comparing with control phase(5.41±0.98)μg/L,T_4 contents were elevated by 60.26%(P<0.01),43.25%(P<0.01),37.15%(P<0.01) and 16.82%(P<0.01) on day 1,3,5,7,respectively.Compared with control,the cholesterol levels were lowered significantly(P<0.01) on the day 1 and day 3,then it was increased by 10.98%(P<0.05) on day 7.The results indicate that CS can decrease the plasma SS levels,whereas increase the levels of T_4 and glucagon,thereby decrease the cholesterol level in plasma and influence the lipoid metabolism,benefiting the growth.
