论高等教育大众化背景下自学考试社会助学与教育质量之保障

Social Study-Assistance and the Quality Assurance System of Self-study Examination in the Context of Mass Higher Education

社会助学保障,强化了我国高等教育自学考试的教育功能,促进和推动了我国高等教育大众化的发展。社会助学系统的完善与否,直接关系到自考教育质量的高低。针对当前自学考试社会助学系统存在的主要问题,提出完善社会助学系统、提高自学考试教育质量的若干对策与建议。

Social study-assistance not only guaranteed and strengthened the educational functions of the self-study examination, but also facilitated the development of mass higher education in China. Whether the social study-assistance is sound or not directly influence the quality of the self-study education. Based on the current problems in the social study-assistance system, proposals and measures have been put forward to improve the social study-assistance system and the quality of self-study education.
