摘要
采用股动脉放血并双侧颈总动脉夹闭的全脑缺血再灌注模型 ,测定缺血 10 min再灌注后 6 h、1d、3d、5 d脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)活力及丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,以探讨硫辛酸 (α- lipoicacid,L A)对实验性脑缺血再灌注的神经保护作用。结果表明 :在对应的各时间相 ,老年组 SOD及 GSH- Px的活性均显著低于青年组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,MDA水平显著高于青年组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;而 L A可显著提高 SOD及 GSH- Px的活性 ,降低MDA的水平 (P<0 .0 1)。试验证明 ,L
In order to evaluate neuroprotective effect of α-lipoic acid(LA) in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(IR) injury,we used bilateral carotid arteries occlusion model of rats and analysised the changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the brain tissue 6 h,1 d,3 d and 5 d after reperfusion following 10 min forebrain ischemia.The results showed:in predeterminate time,the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in rat brain tissues in old group was significantly lower than that in young group(P<0.05);the content of MDA was significantly higher than that in young group(P<0.05);and LA can increase the activity of SOD and GSH-Px,halt lipid peroxidative reactions in brain(P<0.01).It had been proved that LA can protect brain tissue from IR injury.
