摘要
对少孢节丛孢菌 (Arthrobotrys oligospora Strain:A1)和纺锤隔指孢菌 (Dactylella ellipsospora Strain:Da1)的生长特性和捕食效力进行了比较。结果表明 :少孢节丛孢菌菌株与纺锤隔指孢菌菌株的最佳生长温度不同 ,前者为2 0℃ ,后者为 2 5℃ ;少孢节丛孢菌菌株对无氧条件有一定的耐受性 ,而纺锤隔指孢菌菌株在无氧条件下不能很好生长 ;少孢节丛孢菌菌株与纺锤隔指孢菌菌株分别在其最佳生长温度 (2 0℃和 2 5℃ )条件下 ,对马自然混合感染的线虫第 3期幼虫平均捕食率达 78.2 %和 80 .1% ,二者相比 。
The growth properties and trapping efficacy of two nematode-trapping fungi species were compared.The results indicated that their optimum growth temperatures were different.For Arthrobotrys oligospora,it was 20℃;but for Dactylella ellipsospora,it was 25℃.Arthrobotrys oligospora had certain anaerobic endurance while Dactylella ellipsospora could not grow up under anaerobic environment.The trapping efficacy of Arthrobotrys oligospora and Dactylella ellipsospora to the nematode L_3 from a naturally infected horse were 78.2% and 80.1% respectively under their optimum growth temperatures.The trapping efficacy of Dactylella ellipsospora seemed to be a little higher.
