分析了云和县非公有制林业发展存在思想认识不到位、分散经营集约化程度低、森林资源评估机构滞后等问题,提出了统一思想,提高认识,进一步完善山林权属,深化林业分类经营改革等对策。

Analysis was made on problems at development of non-public ownership forestry in Yunhe, Zhejiang province, such as extensive management, lack of forest resources evaluation, etc. Countermeasures were offered like improving ownership of forest and classified management.
