摘要
合成了新荧光试剂 2 ,3,4 三羟基苯乙酮缩 2 羧基苯胺 (TAFA)。详细研究了试剂与铜的荧光反应新体系的最佳适宜条件。在 pH 9.0的乙醇 /水 (3.5∶6 .5 ,V/V)溶液中 ,该试剂与铜离子形成稳定的络合物 ,组成比为 1∶1(金属∶试剂 ) ,λex/em=4 2 2 .4 / 5 6 1.6nm。所建立的铜的荧光分析方法的线性范围为 0 .5~ 12 0 .0μg/L ;检出限为 0 .2 6 μg/L。方法成功地应用于矿泉水和水中痕量铜的测定。
A new fluorescent reagent,2,3,4-trihydroxyacetophenone-2-formicanil (TAFA),was synthesized and the fluorescent reaction of this reagent with copper was studied in detail. Based on this chelation reaction,a spectrofluorimetric method was developed for the determination of copper in a ethanol-water(3.5∶6.5,V/V ) medium at pH 9.0. Under these conditions the Cu-TAFA complex has excitation and emission maxima at 422.4 nm and 561.6nm respectively. The molar ratio of copper to reagent is 1∶1. The linear range of the method is from 0.5 to 120.0 μg/L and the detection limit is 0.26 μg/L opper. The method has been used to determine trace copper in mineral water and water samples with satisfactory results.
