摘要
建立了固相萃取富集 高效液相色谱分析水中 3种痕量苯脲除草剂———利谷隆、敌草隆、灭草隆的方法。C18固相萃取柱富集水中待测组分 ,高效液相色谱以HypersilODS柱为分析柱 ,优化出的色谱条件为 :流动相为甲醇 /水 =6 0∶4 0 (V/V) ;流速为 0 .7mL/min ;柱温为 30℃。本法操作简便、灵敏、回收率高。
A high-performance liquid chromatographic ( HPLC) method for the trace analysis of phenyl urea residues in water was described. The target compounds include linuron, diuron and monuron. Water sample was subjected to solid-phase extraction (SPE) using C-18 cartridge. The analytical column of HPLC was Hypersil ODS, and the condition of HPLC was optimized: mobile phase was methanol-water (60:40, V/V), flow rate was 0.7 mL/min and temperature of column was 30degreesC. The method was simple and sensitive.
