硝胺炸药的超临界溶液快速膨胀包覆技术研究 被引量:24

摘要 本文提出了黑索今、奥克托今包覆改性的超临界溶液快速膨胀(RESS)技术。进行了包覆实验研究,研究表明:在RESS工艺中,当压力、温度一定的条件下,包覆剂的含量随通气时间成正比增加。与传统工艺相比,以硬脂酸为改性剂,用新工艺制备的混合药剂的撞击感度较低。此外,在新工艺中不用水和有机溶剂,因此有利于环境保护和提高生产安全性。 A RESS coating technology for RDX and HMX is presented and a coating experiment is made .The result show that the content of coating agent is in directly proportional to time when the fluid feeding rate is certain in RESS coating process. Compared with the traditional technologies,the composites prepared by the new method have the lower impact sensitivity when stearic acid is used as a modifier. This technology is beneficial to enhance the manufacturing safety and environmental protection because no water or organic solvent is used in it.
