摘要
在高温胶凝酸、高浓度乳化酸及表面活性酸中采用常规缓蚀剂与胶凝剂、乳化剂、活性剂的配伍性不好,严重影响酸液的稳定性,而且缓蚀效果明显降低。开发研制出的新型酸化缓蚀剂HS 6为醛、酮、胺缩合物,配以高效增效剂,在28%HCL中具有很好的缓蚀率达98%,与其它添加剂配伍性好,已在塔河油田应用52井次。
The medicinal compatibility is not good when we put ordinary corrosion inhibiter into our high temperature gooey sour, high concentration emulsive sour and active sour. It can affect stability of the sour, and reduce the ability of inhibiter obviously.So we developed a new corrosion inhibiter named HS-6, which can be used in acidification. The new production is made from aldehyde, ketone, amic and another efficient matter, it has good inhibiter power which is rich by 98 percent. Its medicinal compatibility is very good,and it has used in TaHe oil field for 52 wells.
