摘要
通过大量的室内实验研究,优选出符合胜坨油田储层特点、价格合理的不同交联聚合物体系的最佳堵剂组合(选用HPAM 有机铬交联体系,通过调整pH值成胶的速度可在24h左右,选用HPAM 有机胺交联体系复配,成胶时间可控制在24h~120h左右)。并优选出适合油田开发特征的工艺方案,确定了深部大剂量油井堵水技术。2003年在油田进行现场施工20余井次,工艺成功率100%,有效率>90%,收到明显的增油降水效果,取得了较好的经济效益,为油田今后解决油井堵水难题提供了宝贵的经验。
The best plugging agent comtination in accordance with ShenTuo Oilfield characteristics is selected,whose cost is reasonable.(HPAM/Cr 3+ organic crosslinking polymer were selected through adjusting pH cost to control rate of crosslinking gels-24h; HPAM/ organic amic crosslinking polymer were selected through adjusting pH cost to control rate of crosslinking gels-72~120h).The water shutoff operations in 11 oil wells with it at numerous block of Shengtuo in 2003 are performed with 100% technological successfulness and more than 90% effectiveness.The water shutoff and the results obtained are presented for a well historical case of Shengtuo. Therefore, better economic results are obtained.It will be a successful experience for the whole oilfield to solve the water plugging problem in production wells.
