体外循环不同氧分压对心脏瓣膜置换患者红细胞内钙的影响

The contribution of varied arterial oxygen pressure on IECa^(2+) in red cell with heart valve replacement during cardiopulmonary bypass

摘要 目的观察体外循环(CPB)中不同氧分压对心脏瓣膜置换患者红细胞内Ca2+含量的影响。方法选择择期在CPB下行心脏瓣膜置换术的患者20例,随机分为高氧分压组(Ⅰ组)和常氧分压组(Ⅱ组),每组各10例。CPB中通过调节吸入氧浓度(FiO2)调节PaO2,Ⅰ组:全程PaO2在350~500 mmHg。Ⅱ组:控制PaO2在100~250 mHg。两组均在麻醉前(T1)、CPB前(T2)、转机后15 min(T3)、主动脉开放15 min(T4)、术后24 h(T5)抽动脉血测红细胞内Ca2+含量。结果两组患者红细胞内Ca2+含量组内T1~T4比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24 h(T5)降低,与各时间点比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间相同时间点比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 CPB高氧分压对心脏瓣膜置换手术患者的红细胞内Ca2+含量无明显影响。 Objective To investigate the contribution of different arterial oxygen pressure on IECa2+ in red cell with heart valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).Methods Twenty patients with heart valve replacement operation during CPB were randomly divided into 2 groups which were group Ⅰ(n=10) that patients received normal arterial oxygen pressure with the oxygen pressure range from 100mmHg to 250 mmHg and group Ⅱ(n=10) that patients received high oxygen pressure with the oxygen pressure range from 350...
