超声弹性成像在乳腺良恶性肿瘤中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目前,乳腺疾病的超声检查主要依赖常规灰阶超声和彩色多谱勒技术,这些技术对乳腺肿瘤的性质只能作初步诊断,且特异性低,对肿瘤良恶性质的鉴别诊断存在着明显的局限性[1,2]。临床研究[3]表明,了解肿块的硬度有助于乳腺肿瘤的良恶性质鉴别。弹性成像技术自1991年提出以来发展迅速。
