老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病不同病情分级对T淋巴细胞核仁区酸性非组蛋白的影响

Effects of Disease Deverity Grading on T-lymphocytes argyrophilic nucleolar organizer regions proteins in senile patients with COPD

目的通过检测老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者外周血T淋巴细胞核仁区酸性非组蛋白的含量,探讨老年COPD患者不同病情分级对T淋巴细胞核仁区酸性非组蛋白的影响。方法利用免疫图像分析系统、细胞培养、硝酸银染色等方法,对30例吸烟老年COPD稳定期患者和15例同年龄段吸烟健康体检者外周血T淋巴细胞核仁区酸性非组蛋白进行染色分析,计算淋巴细胞核仁银染面积与核面积的比值(I/S%)。结果 (1)老年COPD重度以上组与轻中度组、健康对照组比较,外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs的含量均明显降低(P<0.05);(2)老年COPD轻中度组与健康对照组比较,外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs的含量无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论随着病情程度的加重,老年COPD患者外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs含量逐渐降低,细胞免疫功能水平下降。
