钛表面载银抗菌功能膜的抑菌性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过对钛片进行表面处理制备出载银抗菌功能膜,研究处理前后钛片对种植体周围炎易感细菌的抑菌性能。方法利用微弧氧化法在钛表面制备陶瓷层,运用光催化沉积将银离子沉积于陶瓷层表面,制得含银离子的抗菌功能膜;采用扫描电镜观察钛片处理前后表面形貌及抗细菌黏附性能;通过计算抑菌率研究处理前后钛片对牙龈卟啉单胞菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的生长抑制作用。结果含银涂层在钛片表面涂层均匀,实验组对两种细菌的生长均有抑制作用;两种细菌在实验组钛片上的黏附量均少于空白组钛片。结论通过实验使钛片表面所形成的载银功能膜具有抑菌及抗细菌黏附的能力,这种处理方法对于开发种植牙,种植支抗钉及其他类别的钛种植体具有一定指导意义。 Objective Prepared ceramic coating on the surface of titanium pieces by using Micro-arc oxidation.And use ultraviolet deposition method to make silver adhere to the surface of the ceramic coating.To study the bacteria restraint and the bacteria adhesion between the pure titanium pieces and the titanium with antibacterial films.Methods Prepared pure titanium as test-piece,used ultraviolet deposition to make them contained silver as test group.Then used film-coating to study the bacteria restraint of S.a and ...
