摘要
通过将空心莲子草茎段扦插,研究了空心莲子草根的生长动态。结果表明:空心莲子草茎段一个节上在早期主要产生不定根,其后根数量逐步减少,生长到56 d后,其数量基本保持在2~4条。根的长度逐步增加,出现两次峰值,分别在63 d和98 d(P<0.01)。根直径生长出现3次生长高峰,分别是28 d(根直径0.142 cm)5、6 d(根直径0.256 cm)、98 d(根直径0.384 cm)。根的干重在77 d后快速增加。根直径与主枝长度、地上部干重、地下部干重之间具有极显著的正相关。根据空心莲子草根的生长情况,可把陆生型空心莲子草根的生长划分为大致3个时期,即膨大前期(<28 d)、膨大期(28~84 d)、膨大后期(84~105 d),这为选择合理的喷药时期来防控空心莲子草提供了依据。
This thesis studied the growth dynamics of the roots of terrestrial-type Alternanthera philoxeroides(Mart.) Griseb.by planting their stem segments.The results showed that Alternanthera philoxeroides produced much adventitious roots from a node of stem segment at earlier growth stage,subsequently the root number gradually reduced,and it basically kept to be 2~4 after 56 days growth.The root length gradually increased,there were two peaks of root length,and they appeared on the 63rd day and 98th day respecti...
