烤前不同晾置时间对烤烟密集烘烤质量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为进一步完善密集烤房配套烘烤技术2,009年在云南省曲靖市进行了烤前不同晾置时间对烤烟烘烤质量影响的研究。结果表明:以处理烤前晾置18~24 h的上等烟比例、均价、产量和产值最优,上等烟比例达到72.77%,均价达到11.18元/kg,外观质量同样为最优;烘烤用时随晾置时间增加而减少,晾置24 h烘烤用时最少;烘烤成本以处理烤前晾置18~24 h最低,为0.61元/kg。综合各项指标,以晾置18~24 h为最佳晾置时间范围;适当的烤前晾置再烘烤可以改善烟叶品质,增加密集烤房的烤能,缩短烘烤用时,节约能耗,节约劳力。 In order to further perfect the integrated curing techniques of flue-cured tobacco in bulking barn,the influence of different rest time before curing on the bulk curing quality of flue-cured tobacco was studied in Qujing city,Yunnan province in 2009.The results showed that the proportion of superior leaves,average price,yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco in the treatment which was rested 18~24 h before curing were the best,the proportion of superior tobacco leaves was 72.77%,the average price was ...
