摘要
研究了营养液水培下黄瓜在外源NO供体硝普钠(SNP)对NaC1胁迫下黄瓜幼苗活性氧代谢的影响,结果表明:NaCl胁迫明显抑制了黄瓜幼苗的生长,降低了保护酶活性,而NaCl胁迫下加入0.1 mmol/L SNP可以显著降低.O2-的积累,缓解NaCl胁迫对黄瓜幼苗生长的抑制,同时能显著提高幼苗的可溶性蛋白含量,增强SOD、POD、CAT的活性,尤其诱导了SOD、POD同工酶的活性。这说明外源NO能够通过提高抗氧化酶活性,从而减轻黄瓜幼苗盐胁迫下造成的氧化损伤。
The effects of sodium nitroprusside(SNP,an exogenous nitric oxide donor) on the active oxygen metabolism in cucumber seedlings under 100 mmol/L NaCl stress were studied by using nutrient solution culture.The results showed that NaCl stress could suppress the growth of cucumber seedlings,and reduce the activities of their protective enzymes superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD).However,adding 0.1 mmol/L SNP could improve the growth of cucumber seedlings under NaCl stress,significantly alleviate the a...
