鲢鱼肠道细菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

Isolation,Identification and Antimicrobial Susceptibility Test of Bacteria from Intestine of Hypophthalmichthys molitrix

从鲢鱼肠道中分离得到2株细菌,菌株编号为SC-1、SC-2,并进行细菌形态学、生理生化特性、药敏试验等研究。结果表明:2株细菌均为革兰氏阴性菌,氧化酶阴性,过氧化氢酶阳性,吲哚和VP试验阴性,均不产生苯丙氨酸脱氨酶,均能利用枸橼酸盐、葡萄糖、山梨醇、木糖等;采用数值编码鉴定,SC-1为费氏柠檬酸杆菌(Citrobacter freundii),SC-2为罗氏耶尔森氏菌(Yersinia rohdei)。进一步的药敏试验分析显示,2株菌均对青霉素类(氨苄青霉素、氧哌嗪青霉素)、头孢菌素类(头孢孟多、头孢氨噻肟、先锋必素)、氨基苷类(庆大霉素、卡那霉素、乙基西梭霉素)等抗生素敏感。以上研究结果对揭示鱼类肠道菌群结构及鱼病防治等具有重要参考价值。

Two bacterial strains(SC-1 and SC-2) were isolated from the intestine of Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,their morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied,and their susceptibility to antimicrobials was tested.The results showed that SC-1 and SC-2 were all Gram negative,and the oxidase,indole and VP were negative,but catalase was positive.Phenylalanine deaminase did not be produced by them.All of them could use citrate,glucose,sorbierite,xylose.Based on the physiological and biochemi...
