摘要
采用不完全双列杂交法选用10个烤烟品种对全氮含量、全磷含量、全钾含量、总糖含量、还原糖含量、烟碱含量、氯离子含量、石油醚提取物含量等的配合力效应和遗传率进行了分析,结果表明:组合间除了全氮含量和全氯含量外其余各性状均达极显著差异。说明烤烟品种的这些性状受加性和非加性效应基因的共同控制,有些性状加性效应占主导地位,有些性状除加性效应外,非加性效应也起主导作用;同一亲本不同性状的一般配合力效应值有较大的差异,组合的特殊配合力效应值与亲本的一般配合力效应值并无直接关系。
