摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了农用收获机轴承座的三维模型。模拟轴承座的实际工作情况,对轴承座的下半圈一定范围内按照余弦规律施加载荷。计算结果表明:施加余弦载荷后,轴承座的受力情况更接近实际的工作情况,与理论偏差也较小。
This article established the 3-dimension model of the bearing base in agricultural harvest machine by finite element analysis software ANSYS.The actual working condition of the bearing base was simulated,and the below half of the bearing base was exerted by load within a certain scope according to cosine rule.The calculating results showed that the borne force of the bearing base was more near to the actual working condition,and also near to the theoretical data after exerting the cosine load.
