摘要
目的:对上海市9家营利性综合医院门诊用药的合理性进行评价。方法:随机抽取上海市9家营利性综合医院2008年7月-2009年6月门诊处方1659张,根据合理用药调查表进行统计、分析。结果:所抽查的1659张处方中,9家医院应用抗菌药物比例平均达78.95%,应用注射剂比例平均为55.46%;354张不合理用药处方中,用法用量不当处方有259张,占15.61%。结论:营利性综合医院不合理用药现象较突出,卫生行政部门应进一步加强监管。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the rationality of drug use in the outpatient department of 9 for-profit general hospitals in Shanghai. METHODS: We randomly selected 1 659 outpatient prescriptions in these nine hospitals from Jul. 2008 to Jun. 2009, and statistically analyzed rational use of drugs according to rational drug use questionnaire.
