肺脓肿并支气管扩张患者的药学监护实践

Pharmaceutical Care for Pulmonary Abscess Patients with Bronchiectasis

目的:通过临床药师对1例肺脓肿并支气管扩张的患者实施药学监护的过程,探讨药师在临床治疗中发挥的作用。方法:针对具体病例,协助医师为患者制订有效的治疗方案,关注患者用药期间所出现的药品不良反应而提出合理的药学监护措施及健康教育计划。结果:临床药师为患者实施药学监护可以提高患者治疗的依从性,提高药物治疗水平,提高患者用药的安全性、有效性和经济性,改善患者预后,让患者受益。结论:临床药师参与临床药物治疗,可使用药更规范合理。

OBJECTIVE: To discuss one case of pharmaceutical care for pulmonary abscess and bronchiectasis patient, and to probe the role of pharmacists in the clinical treatment.
