采用DUR和DUE法评价我院60例非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的用药情况

Medication Evaluation of 60 Patients with NSCLC in Our Hospital by DUR and DUE Methods

目的:评价我院非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的用药情况。方法:采用药物利用评价(DUR)和药物利用评估(DUE)法,对我院2009年60例非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的药物利用指数(DUI)、药物利用情况、治疗过程监测、药品不良反应进行统计、分析。结果:14种药物的DUI=1,8种药物的DUI>1;60例患者均采用化疗联合中药的治疗方案。结论:我院非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的用药基本合理,但应注意中药注射剂的用量,重视药物的使用方法,加强治疗过程监测。
