摘要
经60Coγ射线辐照诱变处理四棱豆种子,从其变异后代中获得一份矮化突变体AT416,并从主要农艺性状、光合特性及营养品质等方面对该突变体进行了鉴定与分析。结果表明,突变体AT416的株高、茎粗等农艺性状发生了明显变化,其株高约48cm,与对照中翼1号相比,降幅高达89.9%,差异极显著;叶绿素含量及净光合速率分别提高了6.7%和13.6%,后者与对照相比,差异显著;脂肪、VC含量以及嫩荚的可溶性糖含量与对照相比差异极显著,但蛋白质、淀粉和粗纤维含量基本相近。
