摘要
用15mg·L-1的水杨酸(SA)水溶液对兼六香菊、唐宇金秋、古风溺水和太平丝竹4个食用菊花品种蕾期进行整株喷雾处理,于盛花期测定处理与对照舌状花中总蛋白、总糖、总氨基酸、VC含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果表明,4个食用菊花品种经SA处理后,上述指标都有不同程度地提高,总体来看SA对古风溺水舌状花中各营养成分含量的影响较大,其次为太平丝竹、兼六香菊、唐宇金秋。
Four edible chrysanthemum(Dendranthema morifolium Tzvel.)varieties in green bud period were treated by spraying solution of SA(15 mg·L-1),and those spraying by distilled water were the control.The content of total carbohydrate,total protein,amino acid,VC and SOD activity in petals were measured during florescence.The results show that compared with the control,the above indexes were improved to some extent after SA treatment in these 4 chrysanthemum varieties.On the whole,effect of SA on each ingredient of ...
