摘要
完善政府绩效评估体系是实现"两高一少"目标的重要途径,是上海市"十二五"期间政府自身建设的重要内容。以科学发展观为指导,通过在评估对象的分类、评估内容的设计、评估指标的设置、评估方法的选择、评估过程的强化、评估结果的运用等方面进行全方位的大胆创新,形成"目标、责任、督查、考核、结果运用"五位一体、有机结合的政府绩效评估体系。
