信息资源共享中知识产权若干问题研究

On Some Issues of Intellectual Property in the Information Resource Sharing

论文列举了信息资源共享中所存在的若干知识产权问题,提出进一步完善我国的知识产权法规,加强知识产权法规的宣传,建立和规范知识产权风险分析制度,完善技术系统和技术手段,建立版权集体管理制度,构建国家基础知识产权信息公共服务平台,以规避知识产权风险,最大化信息资源共享。

This paper raises several issues about intellectual property in the Information Resource Sharing,suggests that we should perfect and publicize the intellectual property rules,build the risk evaluation system by fit means,set up organizational copyright management system,and construct a public service platform for basic intellectual property information.Through these measures,we can promote the sharing and avoid some intellectual property risks.
