17例女性盆腔非生殖系统肿瘤的超声特征与临床病理分析

The comparative study of ultrasonic and pathologic features in 17 patients with female non-genital origin masses in pelvis

目的综合分析女性盆腔非生殖系统肿瘤的超声特征及鉴别诊断要点。方法术前应用经腹壁及经阴道超声对17例盆腔肿瘤患者进行超声检查并与手术后病理诊断结果进行对照分析。结果 17例盆腔非生殖系统肿瘤(绝经后患者12例)来源于消化系统12例(9例声像图表现为囊实性包块,3例为囊性包块),来源于腹膜后4例(3例声像图表现为实性肿物,1例声像图表现为囊实性包块),来源于泌尿系统1例(声像图表现为囊实性包块)。术前超声明确提示为盆腔非生殖系统肿瘤2例,妇科肿瘤10例(卵巢肿瘤6例,子宫肌瘤3例,输卵管积水1例),盆腔肿瘤5例,来源不能确定。结论女性盆腔非生殖系统肿瘤多数来源于肠道肿瘤,其声像图多表现为囊实混合性包块。对绝经后患者盆腔探及囊实混合性肿瘤,应注意与肠道肿瘤鉴别,肿瘤来源及良恶性需病理检查确定。
