速度向量成像技术对胎儿左心室扭转运动的应用研究 被引量:1

Application of left ventricular torsion in normal fetal heart by velocity vector imaging

摘要 目的探讨正常胎儿生长发育过程中左心室扭转运动的形式和特点。方法遴选2008年8月至2009年9月在我院胎儿心脏超声诊断中心受检的中、晚孕正常胎儿30例,采用Sequoia512型超声诊断仪及图像处理在SiemensSyngo WorkPlace速度向量成像技术(VVI)对30例胎儿心脏正常的左心室心肌旋转角度和速度进行定量分析。结果受检胎儿心脏无论在基底部或心尖部,心、内外膜下心肌纤维旋转方向无一定规律,但研究发现胎儿左心室在整个收缩期向一个方向旋转至最大值,在整个舒张期向一个方向解旋。胎儿左心室心尖部心内膜下心肌纤维各节段旋转角度,在心脏的收缩期和舒张期,旋转速度峰值心尖部显著大于基底部,心外膜下心肌纤维旋转速度峰值心尖部稍大于基底部;同时在基底部或心尖部,心内膜下的心肌纤维旋转速度峰值显著大于心外膜;基底部或心尖部,收缩期心内膜下心肌纤维旋转角度峰值显著大于心外膜;心外膜或心内膜下,收缩期纤维旋转角度峰值心尖部均大于基底部(P<0.05)。结论 VVI技术应用于评价胎儿心脏扭转运动可行,可用于动态检测评价胎儿心脏功能。 Objective To investigate the forms and characteristics of left ventricular torsion and rotation in norma1 fetal growth and development with velocity vector imaging(VVI).Methods From August 2008 to September 2009,thirty fetus in middle and late pregnancy with healthy heart were enrolled.Myocardial rotation was quantitatively analysed with an Acuson Sequoia 512 and VVI offline software and Siemens Syngo US Workplace software.Results The apical and basal endocardial and epicardial rotation directions had no ce...
