犬前列腺射频消融中热沉没效应对尿道的保护 被引量:1

The urethral protection of heat sink effect by cooling water during radiofrequency ablation in canine prostate

摘要 目的探讨犬前列腺射频消融过程中犬尿道内灌注冷却盐水对尿道的保护作用及其最佳条件的确定。方法 9条犬分为3组对其前列腺双侧行射频消融术(一侧消融温度为80℃,另一侧为100℃),射频针布针于距离尿道6mm处。空白对照组不给予冷却盐水保护,其余两组分别给予10℃、37℃冷却盐水保护,流速均为100ml/min。射频消融术后即刻行对比增强超声造影检查,观察消融灶及其与尿道之间的关系。处死动物后观察尿道及其周围组织的病理学变化。结果对比增强超声造影显示,消融温度分别为80℃、100℃时,空白对照组消融灶与尿道之间的距离分别为0.11cm、0.08cm,10℃、37℃冷却盐水保护组分别为0.27cm、0.24cm和0.23cm、0.25cm。空白对照组与后两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但后两组之间的差异无统计学意义。病理学结果显示空白对照组的尿道受到热损伤,其余两组尿道未见损伤。结论犬前列腺射频消融过程中尿道灌注10℃、37℃冷却盐水均可以保护尿道。 Objective To explore howto protect urethra during radiofrquency ablation(RFA) with cold saline and some parameters in this operation.Methods A radiofrquency electrode was used to ablate both sides of the prostate in 3 groups of 9 dogs respectively,with radiofrquency temperature of80℃ and 100℃,and with placement of RFA needles 6mm far to drainage tube in canine prostates.In group 1,no cooling protection was used during ablation.In group 2,urethral and bladder protection were provided with10℃ cold saline at a...
