摘要本文从公司股权结构和董事会特征的视角出发,探讨是否可透过良好的公司治理机制设计,使企业经营者在追求卓越经济绩效的同时,也肩负起环境保护的责任,达到环境绩效与经济绩效"双赢"的目标。
