the paper makes an introduction of Lijun Hotel,a case of high-grade hotel, as well as the problems encountered in construction and solutions,which involved architectural style,application of GRC, treatment of atrium for fire-protection and heating environment and the guest s room shaft and logistic area which is always ignored.
