摘要
如何有效化解开发开放中的各类风险,是天津滨海新区在社会经济发展过程中亟待解决的重大问题。文章首先对当前滨海新区开发开放中风险化解的主要问题进行了系统、深入的剖析,进而分别从保险组织、保险业务、资金运用、保险监管等四个方面提出了改进与创新保险制度的建议。
How to effectively prevent all kinds of risks of Tianjin Binhai New Area is an important issue urgently to be solved.The authors firstly give a systematic and in-depth analysis on the risk prevention in the development and opening of Tianjin Binhai New Area and then put forward some suggestions on improvement and innovation of the legal systems from insurance organization,insurance business,capital operation,insurance supervision.
