再生自密实钢管混凝土轴压短柱试验 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究三种不同因素对再生混凝土配合比的最优组合,探讨再生混凝土在钢管混凝土结构中应用的可能性.方法通过正交试验,分析再生骨料取代量、减水剂掺量、粉煤灰掺量对新配制再生骨料混凝土的影响,找出三种因素的最优水平组合,制作再生自密实钢管混凝土短柱进行轴压试验.结果三种因素的最优水平组合为再生骨料材料50%、减水剂10%、粉煤灰8%,钢管再生自密实混凝土的极限荷载比钢管混凝土的极限荷载低,但最大极限荷载处的位移都是7 mm左右.结论钢管再生自密实混凝土的性能与钢管混凝土的性能基本相似,再生混凝土应用于钢管混凝土结构中是完全可行的. The paper aims at the study about three factors on the recycled of the optimal combination of concrete mix,analyzing the optimal combination of contents recycled self-compacting concrete filled steel tube.Orthogonal test analyzes the replace ratio of recycled aggregate,super plasticizer dosage,contents of fly ash on the new recycled aggregate concrete and identifies the optimal combination of three factors.The experimental results show that the best combination of three factors is 50% of recycled aggregate ...
