摘要
目的通过聚苯胺与蒙脱土进行复合提高聚苯胺对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能.方法过硫酸铵为氧化剂,盐酸苯胺盐固相聚合制备了聚苯胺/蒙脱土复合材料.应用红外光谱和XRD分析复合材料的结构,用紫外分光光度法研究复合材料对亚甲基蓝溶液的吸附性能.结果红外光谱和XRD结果表明聚苯胺已经插入到了蒙脱土的片层之间,复合材料吸附亚甲基蓝的能力明显优于纯聚苯胺,120 min可达到吸附平衡.结论蒙脱土和聚苯胺/蒙脱土复合材料对亚甲基蓝的吸附等温线都符合Langmuir等温吸附方程和Freundlich吸附等温方程,二者的吸附动力学都符合二级吸附速率方程.
Polyaniline/montmorillonite composite were prepared by solid state polymerization of aniline chloride in the interlayer of montmorillonite through using persulfate ammonium as oxidant.The analyses of X-ray diffraction(XRD)pattern and FTIR spectroscopy demonstrated that aniline had been polymerized into polyaniline in a conducting emeraldine form.Batch adsorption results indicated that the composite had high affinity to methylene blue in aqueous solutions.The adsorption kinetics results of methylene blue sho...
