摘要
随着工业齿轮油产品应用的不断发展,正确使用并合理换油成为应用中的关键问题之一。现仅有针对L-CKC中负荷工业闭式齿轮油的换油指标标准,尚无L-CKD重负荷工业闭式齿轮油换油指标标准。文章通过对国内外润滑油生产商、行业用户等对工业齿轮油换油指标推荐以及在冶金、水泥行业齿轮设备上的应用研究,提出了将运动黏度、水含量、机械杂质、酸值增加、铜片腐蚀、铁金属元素含量等作为L-CKD工业闭式齿轮油换油指标的建议。
