摘要 目的:通过介绍CTVision系统的结构和技术特点,探讨其在图像引导放射治疗中的应用方式。方法:将CTVision系统与目前常用的三维IGRT系统,特别是kVCBCT系统进行图像质量对比,得出其临床技术特点及应用方式,并以CTVision在线校位应用方式为例,分析临床操作流程及治疗精度。结果:用CTVision进行IGRT在线校位,可以减少肿瘤分次治疗间摆位误差和形变误差,几何精度可达1mm。结论:CTVision图像引导放射治疗应用方式简单可行,能保证治疗靶区的准确照射,可进一步提高肿瘤放射治疗的精度。 Objective:By introducing the structure and technical characteristics of CTVision system,we discusse its application modes in image guided radiotherapy.Methods:Compare the image quality of CTVision with other 3D IGRT system,especially kV CBCT,we get its clinical technical characteristics and application modes,then,analyse its clinical operation process and treat precision by its online correction technology.Results:The online correction technology of CTVision can reduce the setup error and deformation error ...
