CTVision Image Guided Radiotherapy Technology and Clinical Application

目的:通过介绍CTVision系统的结构和技术特点,探讨其在图像引导放射治疗中的应用方式。方法:将CTVision系统与目前常用的三维IGRT系统,特别是kVCBCT系统进行图像质量对比,得出其临床技术特点及应用方式,并以CTVision在线校位应用方式为例,分析临床操作流程及治疗精度。结果:用CTVision进行IGRT在线校位,可以减少肿瘤分次治疗间摆位误差和形变误差,几何精度可达1mm。结论:CTVision图像引导放射治疗应用方式简单可行,能保证治疗靶区的准确照射,可进一步提高肿瘤放射治疗的精度。
