高能X射线肿瘤照射靶区的生物学位置的实验模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究50MV高能X射线照射患者时光核反应产生的正电子发射核11C、15O在PET的显象技术及信息,探讨用该信息定量研究照射的肿瘤生物靶区准确度和剂量分布情况。方法:50MV的X射线照射圆柱体模后快速置于PET上扫描显像和数据处理,确定射野轨迹和照射区大小并与物理射野大小比较,确定11C活度分布,研究11C显像位置和显像强度与照射靶区和照射剂量的关系。结果:50MVX线2Gy照射可在PET上获得清晰的11C显像图,并能准确分析出照射轨迹和照射位置,精度达1.0mm;在射线离轴方向上,11C的活度曲线与TPS计算的剂量曲线一致;而在射线轴向上,11C的活度曲线与TPS计算的深度剂量曲线差别很大。结论:50MVX线2Gy照射体模光核反应产生正电子发射核11C可在PET上显像,显像的位置可对照射靶区的准确度进行生物学验证。 Purpose:The image information and technique of positron emitter nuclei generated by 50 MV high energy X-ray photonuclear reactions with body tissues is studied.It is explored to bio-verification of dose delivery and location monitoring in tumor target after high energy photon radiation therapy with the image information.Methods:The phantom radiated by 50 MV X-ray is scanned in PET and the image information from 11C is acquired.By analyzing and measuring 11C image,the beam track and radiation location can be...
