小儿肺炎患者C反应蛋白和心肌酶含量测定和临床意义 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)和心肌酶含量对检测小儿肺炎的价值。方法对78例小儿肺炎患者分别进行CRP和血清心肌酶水平的检测,并且和健康对照组进行比较。结果小儿肺炎患者CRP水平明显高于对照组(31.25±22.19VS6.38±2.31,P<0.05),血清心肌酶中肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)极明显高于健康对照组(33.91±15.16VS14.27±8.43,P<0.01),二者联合对小儿肺炎的检出率高于单独一个指标。结论联合检测血清CK-MB和CRP含量对小儿肺炎患者的检测具有临床意义。 Objective To discuss the clinical significance of CRP and Serum CK-MB level in patients of children with pneumonia.Methods CRP and Serum CK-MB level of 78 patients with pneumonia in children were tested and compared with the control group.Result CRP levels in patients with pneumonia in children is significantly higher than the control group(31.25 ± 22.19VS6.38 ± 2.31,P <0.05),serum enzyme creatine kinase(CK-MB) is very significantly higher than the control group(33.91 ± 15.16VS14.27 ± 8.43,P <0.01),Co...
